Natasha Crump, Managing Director
Natasha has over 20 years of commercial and not-for-profit experience, both internationally and in the UK. Since founding DCA Consulting Ltd, Natasha has provided quality cross-sector consultancy to clients including Illingworth, Amoria Bond (Ltd and GMbH), and N-Gage. She is also an Associate at Whitecap Consulting Ltd.
Natasha has a strong track record of success and delivery. Having worked in India in a senior 3rd party supplier management role with Infosys earlier in her career, Natasha went on to influence and shape corporate strategy as a Transformation Programme Director at British Telecom where she led numerous complex change programmes delivering sustainable business improvement and (£m) cost savings. Natasha’s success in enabling organisational change is underpinned by her prioritisation of effective engagement and management of the people impacted.
Natasha has a broad and proven skill-set, including strategic business analysis, planning and implementation; programme and project management; multi-level management mentoring; and operational and organisational effectiveness and efficiency. Natasha has been able to use her experience of what it takes to make a great business to successfully support clients in building an award-winning reputation; securing over 30 award-wins and accolades since 2016.
Natasha has a Master’s Degree from Manchester University, and is an accredited Prince 2 Practitioner. Natasha has travelled extensively in South America, and in Zambia, where she has worked on development projects with local communities, and supports a number of UK and international charitable organisations.
Daniel Daw, Managing Director
Daniel is an experienced Business Leader, with over 20 years Consultancy experience primarily in the staffing and recruitment sector. Areas of expertise include Talent Acquisition, Staff Engagement, Sales & Marketing, Technology Platforms and systems to support Business Growth, Training & Development.
Daniel is a founding Director of Amoria Bond, a multi-award winning international recruitment consultancy operating across 6 specialist divisions and delivering into over 30 countries globally. Amoria Bond has featured in the the Sunday Times/HSBC Fast Track which ranks Britain's fastest growing privately owned international businesses for the last 4 consecutive years, as well as receiving the prestigious Queen's Award for Enterprise awarded by her Majesty the Queen and the Prime Minister for 'outstanding international growth'. Winners of multiple Recruitment Industry awards, (including REC, APSCo, Global Recruiter and Recruitment Business Awards) Amoria Bond was listed in the Sunday Times 'Best Workplaces 2018', and was named the UK's 4th Best Company to work for by the Great Places to Work Institute in 2017.
Daniel supports a number of growing North-West businesses as a NED and through his targeted Senior/Exec-level mentoring. Daniel's hands-on, results-driven approach has gained him a strong reputation for delivering tangible results and sustained business improvements across his client-base and beyond.
Daniel is also a founding Trustee of the Amoria Bond Charitable Trust (ABCT) - Registered Charity No. 1132381 - a trust that funds and leads sustainable development projects for the relief of poverty and education of underprivileged children around the world. ABCT has developed a long-term partnership with Project Peru to support the community of shanty-town Las Laderas, where they have built over 100 houses, homing over 500 vulnerable people, as well as co-funding the local soup-kitchen. Numerous UK and international charities and initiatives have also benefited from ABCT donations since it's inception in 2007.
